Return and Refund Policy

30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to request a return
Contact us at joychenyi98@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address. Do not send a return before receiving approval.

Return shipping costs
For returns that are not caused by a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error, the customer is responsible for international return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us promptly with clear photos if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If we confirm the issue, Jaylian will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Non-returnable items
Used items, personalized or custom products, gift cards, and items returned without authorization cannot be accepted. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about a specific product.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return and place a new order after the return is approved.

Refunds
We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Order cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has started.
