Shipping destination

Jaylian currently ships primarily to addresses in the United States.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched from China. Processing times may vary by product and order volume.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 5–30 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Shipping cost

For standard products shipped to the United States, orders under $79 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee, while orders of $79 or more qualify for free shipping.

The 2-in-1 Pet Bed Cabinet is oversized and ships under a separate shipping profile with a flat $60 shipping fee. It is not eligible for the $79 free-shipping offer. If an order contains the cabinet and other products, applicable shipping charges are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.

Customs and taxes

Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes required by local authorities unless Shopify checkout states otherwise.

Address changes and lost packages

Contact us as soon as possible if your address is incorrect. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible. Contact us if tracking shows a delivery problem and we will help investigate.
